CHALLENGE
This company wanted to collaborate with area influencers and expand their online reach via partnerships. They had existing deals with NFL cheerleading teams and local pageant organizations; after seeing the potential these kind of collaborations had, they sought to build and scale an influencer program.
SOLUTION
I was able to step in to build and scale the influencer and ambassador program, leading to over 60 successful collaborations including the area’s top influencers, tv personalities, pageant queens and models. This included daily engagement and scouting of potential partners, creating and implementing the on-boarding process, negotiations/contracts, creating in-house promotional content, collecting user-generated content and analyzing campaign results.
