CHALLENGE
Maryland Plastic Surgery & PURE MedSpa had a brand-new Instagram account with just a handful of uncoordinated and inconsistent posts. They had a Facebook presence, but it was limited to content shared by bots and an outsourced marketing company’s blog posts. There was no direct or consistent strategy for creating content, and much less for actually putting it out there!
SOLUTION
I came on board and served as Marketing Director for three years at this incredibly busy practice, completely overhauling their marketing efforts and social media strategy. In that time, I re-invented their Instagram and Facebook feeds with on-brand, valuable and consistent content. I did this by creating engaging and story-telling video and photo content, high level paid ads and marketing events. I designed and scheduled email newsletters and campaigns to reach an audience of just over 45,000 unique email addresses, and launched an Influencer Marketing Strategy that brought in new patients! I also took over fun and unique marketing initiatives like events, giveaways, contests and customer appreciation campaigns. Even during a global pandemic, these marketing efforts led this practice to a record-high sales month upon reopening, after having been shut down for two months.
